Cancelled outside of 14 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee.
Cancelled between 3 - 14 days prior to arrival: 50% Cancellation fee.
Cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival: 100% Cancellation fee.
No Show: 100% Cancellation fee.
Rescheduling Policy: Requests to reschedule may be considered if received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled show date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
