Atiu Villas offers six comfortable villas, including five Self-Contained Villas and one Family Unit. Each features a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, oven and cooktop, plus a private bathroom. A stocked larder provides basic food items, snacks and a selection of beverages, with guests paying for items used at the end of their stay.
The Self-Contained Villas feature a studio layout and sleep up to four guests, with a double bed, single bed and additional loft mattress. The Family Unit includes a double bed in the main bedroom, two single beds in the lounge and a loft mattress. An infant cot is also available.
On-site facilities include Kuras Kitchen restaurant and bar, a swimming pool, grass tennis court, vehicle rentals and laundry facilities. The restaurant serves a set two-course buffet-style dinner daily except Sundays.
On arrival, guests are welcomed at Atiu Airport by the property manager and hostess, Jackey. The transfer to Atiu Villas includes a brief island orientation and introduction to several local points of interest. The property is approximately 15 minutes from the airport and three minutes from Atiu's main township. Nearby, Areora Café offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee.
Atiu has a warm tropical climate, with wetter conditions generally from December to March and a moderate to dry season from April to November. Occasional rainfall can occur year-round due to the island's lush environment. Visitors are encouraged to bring light clothing, sturdy walking shoes, sunscreen and insect repellent.
